ANONIMS

@nmims.in only · nobody else gets in

Say it here.
No name attached.

The campus group chat everyone actually wanted: a proper forum, open only to verified NMIMS students, where nothing you post can be traced back to the person who wrote it.

Your email is verified once and then scrambled beyond recovery. The username and password you're about to set are chosen by you, on your device — we never see you choose them. Not other students. Not moderators. Not us.

How the anonymity actually works

Verified once, then erased

We check that your address ends in @nmims.in, then store a one-way scramble of it. There is no route back from that value to you — not for moderators, not for us.

Credentials you pick alone

You start with a throwaway username and password, then replace both immediately. The ones you keep were never sent to us by anyone but you, and they're never linked to your college address.

Nothing on screen points at you

No email, no join time, no device details, no IP — anywhere in the interface. Other students see a username and nothing else.

No recovery, on purpose

Forget your password and the account is gone for good. There is no reset link, because a reset link would mean we know where to send it.

One verification. Then you disappear.

  1. 01 Enter your @nmims.in address. Any other domain is rejected.
  2. 02 Type the 6-digit code. It lasts 10 minutes and dies after 5 wrong tries.
  3. 03 Get a temporary username and password, shown once.
  4. 04 Replace both with your own. That's the moment the link to your email is gone.
